Torelló Reserva Brut Nature is a sparkling wine made with Macabeo, Xarello and Parellada grapes from their own vineyards located on the Can Martí estate.
Harvesting is carried out manually, with the grapes being selected in the vineyard. Once they arrive at the winery, the grapes are destemmed and pressed. The must obtained is fermented in stainless steel tanks with local yeasts at a controlled temperature. Each variety is vinified separately, and once the coupage is performed it stabilizes and clarifies naturally in concrete tanks. With this wine the tirage for the second fermentation is performed in the bottle where it will age stacked for a minimum of 36 months. After this time the disgorgement is performed without adding sugar. Good choices for Champaign.
